Expect some kind of Aurus-Zoloto Venture joint PR attack. (IMO)

Zoloto Ventures is a strange company. We discussed this many times on iHub:

They claimed to own Aurus-Krong’s Roshal assets, were looking for $10 mln investment capital:

planned to start trading in Germany… If you read those posts you would agree that Zoloto Ventures looks like typical Canadian play on Russian assets. Check out BOD, for example:

They did start trading in Germany. It’s the strangest IPO I’ve ever seen: they shut down the company’s website before going public, it still doesn’t work:

The question has always been: is Zoloto Ventures related to Aurus in any way? And my guess was: “…Marushko from Zoloto Ventures is Magadan's "native", he knows Chegenev - Dovgan for sure, most likely met them many times and shared more than one bottle of vodka.“

Now I guess this was correct. “My sources” tell me that Chegenev-Marushko-Lvov-Dovgan are probably working on some kind of Aurus/Krong/Zoloto PR attack. Joint Venture? Reverse merger that would create the company trading both in US and Germany? Anything else? I don’t know. Not sure it will do any good for current Aurus shareholders… You know, team of former Magadan natives, none of witch is in Magadan anymore, trying to capitalize on local exotics and connections, using traditional Canadian tools and sources. Will they be able to move the PPS up? We will see. I have been thinking about taking speculative position in AURC but will pass for now.
