"retime l bandwagon" - OK, the majority of slams against the previous management were well deserved, regardless of the current spin coming on this board. I must say, the majority of slams of the current management are equally deserved. I will not kiss behind of a potential white knight nor will the infusion of capital be the sword of Damocles to keep one from saying things that should be said.

Memories are not short, we know the daunting task faced by the current management team. But most of the latest communication has been odd at best. We won't post plans on bulletin boards because it could give a competitor insights into our business. Yet, we openly malign staff or critique bulletin board members, which also gives competitors insights into our business. The danger of transparency is that it can show weaknesses. I appreciate someone saying that an admin screwed up a server. More importantly is how was that person hired and what safeguards are now in place so that it doesn't happen again? Especially if these social networks are part of your marketing plan. That is what I expect from a C level executive.

Excuses are the reasons of the inept. No one put a gun to anyone's head to take on a given challenge. However don't under estimate the intelligence nor patience of your shareholders. Assess what needs to be done, establish the project plan, communicate to stakeholders and execute. As far as communication? Language usage and misspellings are completely unacceptable from the leader of a company. Details are important. If the boss is not concerned about such things, how can he expect his subordinates to be? No wonder someone deleted entries from a server. Clear, concise and regular communication should be a priority.

I will buy more than a hat if this thing shows promise. I will invest more capital because I believe in the product and the capabilities of management.
