Agreed TAP1963, IMO...this week very likely to see MBB re-submit the missing data point and SEC to 'Fast Track' to re-evaluate/or not put a stand in their decision.
Afterall, what is missing is the Town signature and some Fees (already paid as mention in the letter to SEC by Barry <see MBB Blog for the letter>). Also NEWLY elected Mayor will take office early this week...We could see some pro-LLEG action happening...
