Phoenix, Iain McCready said we will continue to seek investments from YA [Yorkville] and/or other investors. What has happened with any unused authorized shares so far when we sought investment from YA? [P.S. I broke it down in portions of authorized shares for that reason. The dollar amount would be the same that one day. My portion of this will diminish just as fast as YA can get their hands on those authorized shares. LOS Also, I'm sorry to say that since I came on this board you're the first one to tthrow derrogatory remarks out at me. I'm a big boy and they don't bother me but just sorry to see it. I've had others correct me but always in better ways. LOS AS a matter of fact my portion will be smaller after the reverse split as long as those authorized shares exist.
