What is considered the middle of a month?
I have read many different examples of the middle of a month and usually consider the exact middle day of a 30 day month to be the 15th and a 31 day month would be the 15th and 1/2.
That’s just the exact day but the PR said; “an expected close date of mid January 2010”.
The middle of January still could have about a two week buffer zone as some have stated, that could still be considered the middle of January.
The same thing applies when someone say’s something will happen in a few days.
A few days is usually thought of as about 3 days according to all the ppl I've talk too, but could also be considered 2-9 days or anywhere in-between, IMO.

"Tom Makmann, President of QED, said that all the principal terms for the merger have been agreed to and the due diligence has been concluded by both companies. The Companies are completing the remaining details for combining the operations and systems of the organizations”.

Impatient people that panic or say “I’ve waited long enough” have that right and should be respected for that thinking!
Getting in on rumors and/or factual PRs and then getting back out just because a PR didn’t come out on an exact date, when there was no exact date PRed seems a little odd to me.
I do however feel that if someone is considering getting out just because we didn’t get a merger completed PR by the 15th might be losing out of a great play here.

I’m still here with all my shares and plan to be after the Merger to see what QED Connect/ProRemote Solutions have going on for 2010, but if we don’t get the Merger PR by the end of the month and no update then I will reconsider my investment here.
