I am tempted to buy 5 shares of DLCR at $1.99! With all due respect the only thing that would probably happen next is that we would immediately drop back to a nickel! Stupid is as stupid does! However in the long run pps of over $1.00 is realistic with a float somewhere around 6 million shares! GLTA!
