losmashrt: Think about that for a minute and think about where the MBM is and think about where it sincerely appears it will be come next year this time.

I fully believe that (based on no inside knowledge - the 2017 expiration date on the warrants speaks volumes to me) that w/in the next 120 days we will see Neustar granted the whole shebang regarding the 2D barcode clearinghouse and when that happens there will already be brands loaded up in their systems for the word go. Then suddenly...2D barcodes start to appear everywhere starting this summer, as IM indicated. Major money starts rolling in and by next year this time we'll be sitting on a legitimate $200MM-$300MM market cap...and it just goes up from there. I believe that when revenue starts to roll in from this the profits will raise substantially and very quickly.

It's all about market cap now. We have now entered solidly into the growth phase of this company. As long as we see 2D barcodes proliferated everywhere and they are accepted by the public (as has been demonstrated in the limited test campaigns already completed)...there's really nowhere but up from here.

Now, let's break down the time...a R/S comes by let's say, May. At the least, let's say it will be $1.00 (I believe we could see .05-.10/share pre-R/S to make it $5-10/share post R/S, but that's just me). The float, for math sake, let's say is 2.5BB pre-R/S then 25MM post R/S). How far do you honestly think it'll be driven down between May and the end of summer when I think we'll start to see significant revenues roll in via their own efforts and their partnership w/ Neustar? How many shares to you honestly think can be added to the float by YA selling in that time frame?

At most I think we could see the pps go down 50% post R/S but it will be short lived. Kind of like we just saw the pps go down 50% post 8K announcing R/S intention.

I do believe that by next year this time we could very well be on or in the planning phases of a NASDAQ re-listing. Then, the "real" investors start to line up.

.001>>>HA! Never gonna happen.

Think...MARKET CAP

This is the real deal, Holyfield.
