vero, It was just one of the things I read when googling to understand what "shareholder rights offering" meant. More experienced hands at this than I am will have to explain how it could all fall into place. There could be other meanings. I would think that all the business to be acted on at the special shareholders meeting would have to be made known a certain amount of time before the meeting for our opportunity to consider before the meeting. However unless it only concerns minority shareholders; YA can do whatever they wish since they have been given the majority vote.LOS [P.S. it still stinks doesn't it.]
