I don't know. I find it curious that the management team comes from eResearchTechnology as does the management team (or part of it) of MedClean Technologies. NWCI and MCLN share some board of advisors, one in particular - Joe Esposito. The Chief Medical Officer and V.P. as well as Mr. Renz, the COO are eResearch alumni.

I these coincidences don't appear strange yet, both firms MCLN and NWCI use the same IR person: Jeff Hayden.

Could be innocent coincidences but it sounds like these companies were put together by the same group. Their purpose....I will let you decide.
