This statement is as useless as posting a summary of the day's trading volumes every day! Without a link, numbers, a source, something... this is totally meaningless! It could be the public short position for all we know... it probably is...

I WANT there to be a big short position for a huge pop on the divy... I have found no evidence to confirm one... and doubt that you have either. Please prove me wrong...
