I have been with quite a few penny stocks. This is the first one that hasn't diluted the stock or had insiders selling into the increase in prices. I'm beginning to think this is the real deal that is oh so rare in the world of penny stocks.
Can it be we have a company that wants to grow the investors value instead of looking at the investor as a way for them to grow their own personal value? We have shares retired and investors in the stock which lock shares up for a year. Wow, investors that have put up cash, $5 million dollars and they have agreed to not sell a single share for a year. $1 million up front and $4 million that can't be touched unless certain circumstances come to pass. $1 million invested with no return for a year. These people have had the privileged of seeing things inside this company that the rest of us have not and they have agreed to tie their money up for at least a year.

I'm convinced.
