Chavez is clearly INSANE - the people of VZ voted for him to get money - but now the people pay the price! Oil wealth being squandered by the red shirted Marxist elites on military weapons, VZ becoming a 4th world nation, and gold laying stagnant in the ground. While Chavez makes incoherent rantings and shames VZ in front of the world!
