On December 28, 2009, I bought 100,000 shares of PCLO. Why, I will tell you why... Since 04/05/2002 this stock has reverse split
10 times. Every time I owned some of this stock it would disappear out of my brokerage account. That means you no longer are a holder if you don't have enough shares to handle a reverse split. Today, I own 100,000 shares and I think this was the last straw that broke the camels back, I'm proud because maybe it was I who stopped the short-selling of this stock for once. If anyone wants some of these shares I will do a sell order for 10000 shares at .02 cents for the next 60 days starting Monday, January 18, 2010. Good luck. P.S. I think Pacel Corporation ran out of outstanding shares.
