NWPI is a public real estate development and holding company that specializes in buying, selling and managing land for large-scale commercial, industrial and residential development projects as well as business management.

NWPI's focus is to identify undervalued properties and then to add value to these properties via a variety of different methods. These methods include land-use amendments, rezoning, removal of concurrency issues, and special permitting. In addition, NWPI's property selection strategy includes finding properties that are likely to derive benefit from certain special circumstances and conditions such as:

* Construction of new roadways or expansion of existing roads

* Unique geography, topography, landscape or aquatic features (i.e. an oak hammock or picturesque lake)

* The need for highly specialized or technical permitting (i.e. wetland mitigation or environmental restrictions)
