Although QASP doesn't have to make 8K and 10Q filings, if the plan is to get on a higher exchange, they will at some point have to begin meeting SEC filing requirements. For now, they have been making their OTC Pink Sheet filings, with the latest Quarterly Report filing made on Dec 18 2009 for the period ending Sept 30. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=qasp
