If they were to fully dilute IMMEDIATELY after the R/S they'd have 30 million shares. But they won't and can't do that. They'll slowly dilute dragging the PPS down. As the PPS drops, they'll be able to convert more shares. In the end, I don't see the full dilution equaling 5 billion shares, but you're kidding yourself if you don't think the PPS is going to drop with the YA dilution machine in full throttle. The only thing that could potentially stop that is sizeable revenues which will attract new investors. Otherwise, this is a day trader's stock.
