The Author of that nonsense, Bugsy Burrell, now calls himself C. Austin Burrell to try to lose his past. he has been involved in a number of pink penny scams before and has been caught red handed taking shares for pumping. You also should check out his "associates" in England. They are not nice folk, ID. In my book, he is a conspiracy kook who would steal his GrandMothers last candy bar if he was hungry. but, you make up your own mind, just do some digging first.
