Dave wanted a share holders meeting and wanted one enough (per Dave) to spend $25,000 of his own money to get a judgement in Delaware requiring Calypso Wireless to have a shareholders meeting. And, Dave stated publicly how easy it would be to have one...

First order of business is the same as faced Pattin when he "took over". Have an election of the BOD by the shareholders FOR THE FIRST TIME(and Pattin can sit and watch how easy it is to do when somebody actually WANTS TO DO IT).

However it appears, now that he is on the board along with others he approves, a share holders meeting he deemed the "First order of business" is no longer so important.

It seems to me, all the shareholders should have a vote, not just a self annointed few. The more things change, the more they remain the same...
