If any news were to come out we would know it by the volume.

But wait... look back at the two days leading up to the news on 12/15 that drove this stock up to .15 on volume of 42,655,460:

Two days before: 1,561,960 shares traded
The day before: 5,132,300 shares traded

Then take a look at yesterday and today:

Yesterday: 1,456,596 shares traded
Today: 4,376,700 shares traded and it's only 1:30

That looks pretty similar to me... I'm not going to claim that as proof that news is coming, however I am going to propose that you can't always rely on the volume, and that this stock has a history of lukewarm volume before spikes.

Go back to the huge jump in July and you'll see a similar pattern there, too.
