Well, we know what the terms of the note were, 30 days was it? Did they meet them, did they pay the note? If so, they are NOT in default, if NOT, they are in default. Which is it, they certainly have not told us they paid it, although they were very quick to tell us that they had the $200,000 note, WHY. Many strange happening here over the last many months, NONE that make me feel all WARM AND FUZZY!!!!!!!!!! But we do ALL HAVE HOPE!!!!!!!!! Don't we??????????????
