The existing loan holders are telling the BoD that they either remove MD from his position or they will force BK.
Plain, simple to the point.....they are done messing around.
If he is removed....they get their new LTF and avoid BK.
For the sake of your investment you better hope they don't force BK....you will lose it all.
If anyone cares to see Americas other newest copper mine go do some research on Lisbon Mining Co......also in Utah.....they had their mill up and running......dealings with Sempra........ their own sx/ew mill and everything......almost a ditto copy of CPRK but further along.......still went BK.
Yes they are now coming back out of BK and paying down debt......all because of a new owner and management team.
