Hmmm... This press release doesn't necessarily jive with my previous thoughts on the 8k and a potential change of control. Tough to say though.

Either way, with the R/S in the wings and A/S unchanged, if YA isn't taken out through a change-in-control, I can't imagine many investors will play NEOM as a longterm hold anymore. It'll become a flipping stock, moreso than it already has been. And in my opinion, this reflects very poorly on NEOM management.
