Really? Then why did Ali say Wowgreen has become a publically traded company and why did he say as a publically traded company they will now become more transparent?

According to the December 14th Conference Call these were some of the reasons presented by Allie Mallad for Wowgreen to purchase GRBG.

"Wowgreen holds a binding signed letter of intent for the acquisition of a publically traded company. What this means is Wowgreen will be acquiring a company by the name of Greenbridge Inc."
