You have to resourceful to accumulate shares here, screen shot of CMCA volume by market maker. All of 2009, CMCA traded around 3 million shares. In the 3 days since 8k hit we traded 3 million shares. Float is very close to locked up already imho. Then look at level 2 screen shot and you can see how thin this one is all the way up to .22
