Trading by Faith, of course there is;

First, love the alias as it is what most people do with penny stocks. The Transfer Agent for ZVTK is gagged which means they tell you to call the company (CEO) to get the amount of Outstanding Shares currenty. The T/A knows the number but were instructed not to give it out.

The CEO knows. There usually is a reason why they do not want shareholders to know how many shares are available. The 10-Q due February 15th, 2010 will only show share count through December 31, 2009. Shares traded today through March 31, 2010 will show up in the 3rd Quarter 10-Q due May 15, 2010.
