If your buying a stock with the philosophy of buy low sell high, then you should NEVER buy at bid. When you do it'll lower the pps of the bid/ask. By buying at ask it supports the stock and helps to keep the pps going up. When you buy at bid, your helping to lower the pps making it easier for the MM's to bring down the pps.
In a stock your shorting, that's when to SELL at bid and buy at bid, or ask if you need to dump.

I think we'll be OK for a 100% pps increase sometime after the 10K. If Steve releases a PR about another casino, I think we'll see a very nice jump in the stock and we should be able to say goodbye to even the teens. JMHO
