hey maybe he was the one buying up shares the past week or so. you know, sell high and buy low. then he can say he 'bought back' shares to lower the float. pps will rise.
then he can consider selling them again. really doubt he is selling now though. seems most transactions are buys.
we have no volume under .0006 but once pps reaches that level or higher volume increases. this tells me it is frustrated share holders letting shares go at what they feel is an acceptable level.
the main point is, someone is buying them up because they cant get them cheaper. so again, stop selling at 7. put your ask over .0010. if pps increases a few times on volume we garner interest
