Hmmm... Let me think about this...

If the MM's are holding this stock down.

Then when a PR comes out the PPS doesn't really move. That seemed to be what happened the last couple of times.

I would rather not have any PR's until the MM's quit holding the price down. That way the PR can do its job like it should... good PR, PPS goes up... bad PR, PPS goes down.

So if this analysis is correct, then we should do everything we can to get the MM's to stop this "thing" they are doing.

Just my opinion, any ideas, comments?
