How many companies have you started? From what I can tell this guy started ProRemote on his own with his own funding. A $10,000 contract with more to come and now merging with another company. That's not bad in four years. As an electrical and computer engineer I know it takes time to do something like this especially when you're working full time and only working on your project on the side. So give credit where credit is due. ProRemote has an awesome product with lots of potential. And the fact that they now have a contract and merging is awesome. jmo
