The only BAD I can see this morning is if the people that have restricted shares left to sell might use this to get out still, if that is the case. It might be people just giving up after losing so much money. I think the court case is good either way you all look at it, so I'm hoping we go up but will not hold my breath. My other thought is if it is restricted share holders don't they know more than us about the company and what is going on etc. Why are they getting out at these prices instead of buying???? A good PR would be nice next week.
