I saw those posts as well, but my question with that is that there is no date in the "effective date" column.

There's no effective date for the 12/15/2009 R/S and there's no effective dates for when it looked like the tried to add shares in October and in May.

Sorry if I'm rehashing stuff already discussed on the board. I'm just trying to see if I'll be able to salvage any of my investment here. Not that it was a large amount or anything, but if I can get any of it out, I'd throw it in to my other stock.
