Hey guys. I need some help. A buddy of mine is looking to make a big investment. He only wants to invest in legit companies and has a 3-5 year time frame. He will be making a sizable investment, but will keep some in reserve to dca with. He doesn't have the patience of a gnat and figures that he can always either buy, hold, or sell depending on what his ongoing DD shows.

He is looking at a portfolio of HEB, SPNG, AERP, and EXPH.

Do you guys think this would be a good portfolio? Those are all legit companies right?

Oh...and I think he has a securities lawyer on retainer, but I am not sure.
