Bill,
When was it that Brehm told you that he has no plans to dilute? What about a r/s?

I do not see the company diluting either for the simple reason the stock price is too low to even make it worth raising the A/S and diluting.

Also, the L2 is interesting as the gap has closed between the bid and ask but it'll be more interesting if the bid builds up behind Nite. Just a matter of time :) Of course, might not really need a build up with Nite on the bid.
