From: Overachiever: SHORTY is much too strong for anyone in SPNG to ever make a plugged nickel out of this scam. They can NSS this scam into oblivion and never have to cover because the SEC and FINRA have the game rigged in favor of shorty. If anyone complains, FINRA and the SEC will turn them over to the DOJ for prosecution and accuse them of being friendly with Moskowitz, a hanging offense. Face it, Shorty is all powerful, all knowing and has friends in high places.
