GDMN.pk/AUM.to. Email is not enough, let's try to call them. Ask for CEO Jeff Clevenger or SVP Jerry Danni or SVP Robert Blakestad. Tell them you are a big shareholder and you want to see them protect shareholder interest by list on Amex without raising money. Then they can raise money when the stock is much higher later this year.
I heard they are seriously considering the proposal, your calls may push them over.

Buy cheap, undiscovered stocks!
