Well comments made in a PR or in an interview can be admissable in court ('less they were forced). However unless it is a binding contract there is very little one can do because IM can say circumstances changed, things happened beyond our control so we had to change our strategy blah blah...

I too prefer a PR because it can contain a lot of detail that one cant say from the top of their heads (interview). The important thing is we need info on this 8K - And if IM wants to release info through GoMo - well then thats all we got and I'll take it. Its far better than us blind men feeling up the elephant to describe what it is.

Who knows he might release a PR too??
