Posting that kind of stuff with out hard evidence is not a service to HESG investors, there is only one reason to do it in this manner and that is to cause a panic.

This is not the mark of a concerned citizen trying to help other investors and reeks of manipulation and is irresponsibile to make these types of comments and provide only hearsay to back your claims on a public forum.

By the way I think the SEC has to annouces all investigations publicly at the same time and does so on it's website. Also makeing false claims of SEC investigations can be report to the SEC as well and I think their are ramifications for doing so.
