OCPI headed UP 2.50

First of all there is no point using indicators if you dont set the right parameters.. For example williams indicatorshould be set for 28 not 14.. Also the adsx Cross is evident +d over -d.. News alone should push ocpi higher then 2.50.... on its way to 3.65
