You're right, I overlooked that. I knew it was there but got lost in the sea of emails that keep surfacing as the reasons why that wasn't filed then. I guess what I'm really speaking to is the emails describing why they weren't filed around that time. I know it says "plans" which is why we are where we are. Plans change. But the reasons for no filing occurring have all come through emails, and the ones stating that it will be done by mid-week this week, and the death of the CFO's father, etc. That's what I'm trying to verify with Eric, and also in turn obtain the timeframe for the release of info. Good catch on that, and thanks for pointing it out!
