I agree 100% with the no more getting litigous. I do not think someone should be banned for a question or personal opinion though.
I do not believe a legal action would work out for shareholders anyway and this is JUST MY OPINION and I am NOT a legal expert by any means, JMHO.
The shareholders would try to make the case that the money they gave the company was earmarked for coding of the AV and Dillon went and spent it on back pay and offices they did not need or could afford. I am sure somewhere in those PP brochures it has disclaimers in them out the wazoo that says he could use the $$ raised for anything they wanted. I never saw one so I am assuming it says that. The EOY and Quarterly reports are full of "SAFE HARBOR STATEMENTS" that are to protect their butts. Actually somewhere in them it says something to the effect of they have serious issues with record keeping and accuracy and has stated so every year. They have told everyone that they doubt they can go on and succeed. I believe it also says they have never produced a revenue and the possibility of ever generating a revenue is doubtful depending on many other factors. All the shares given out are in repayment of loans and to pay companies that services were required from and they had no money to pay so shares were given. I am sure Dillon and all would have to sit on the stand and explain everything they did and why, but at the end of the day they would be able to hold up the reports, smile and say "HEY we told you this and disclosed it to you". Now some have said that the company has no value and some say it does and the DLP / DLD, AV, Patents and all have got to be worth something. So at the end of the day 2 attorneys would need to convince a Jury of 12 that they are right and the other side is wrong. IMO it would not work out for the shareholders in the end, again this is just my opinion and really have no idea how it would turn out.
I do believe and am very hopeful Kampa can do this for us. IMO either he can do something and soon or at least for me it is over. I also do not believe EXBX can go on for another year or 2 like this with excuses, missed goals, etc... and all the behind the scenes rumors we have all been told for years that none of which have ever come true. So I do believe Kampa will do this for us and I am hoping it is within the next several weeks. After D-DAY many are still on the fence and still not trusting enough. Actions speak louder than words and I am waiting to see the PR's and 8k's.
COME ON MR. KAMPA, SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT, MANY HERE STILL BELIEVE.
