IMO, Grants is the key word here! With the amount of money the government is handing out to companies like ARSC, this company can boom if awarded!

Reading just the post here and the history of this company I would take a shot that they are heavily pursuing these government grants and the Home Run to us would be the announcment of one or more being granted!

And at these levels, imo the reward heavily outweighs the small $$ risk it would take to hit a home run if grant anouncements are made soon.
