Good morning Golfnh,

I am not so sure on that, as I would have felt the same way as you do.

The current rash of court cases that have been popping up state that the authorities are taking action and setting precedence for a more encompassing definition of the law with regards to the impacts that occur through the medium of the internet.

I am not saying that anyone is guilty here, but just stating that a new shift, if you will, is taking place.
