The link from your post shows Mr. Stearn acquired 1,500,000 shares of Cobalis stock on 01/07/2010. As >10% owner of Cobalis stock per this Form 4 disclosure, he is required to report any share acquisitions or sales within 2 days per SEC regs. Which he has done on January 8. He has added to his position in clsc.
