No, It really is not the true equity. you would have to back out investments in affilates, add back someother line items. I posted it somewhere and came out with an amount of about 2b. worth of equity, which really I do not think makes sense. I had deducted compromised liabilities. the only really interesting item was that the pension liability might have gone down due to appreciation in whatever is in the pension plan!!!??? Matt
