OCPI looks to moving toward 2.50 then 3.65... I am taking a position tommorrow. I know they have a big deal with Alcatel but can anyone add any other insight. I saw it on this board today but cant find it now. Crossed moving average today and that always get my attention in combination with other indicators crossing.
