Jpetrol - I don't have a premium account so I cannot reply to your message. I'd rather not get into too many details on the public board. We had a discussion about the NEOM's situation and the recent 8k. He was already familiar with YA, which I found telling in and of itself. Regardless, the 8k suggests that YA is attempting a freeze out of minority shareholders. I expect the PPS to fairly steadily drop, placing increasing pressure on minority holders and ultimately forcing many of them to cut their losses and run. YA can accumulate shares at lower prices and then profit down the road.

Some of us may want to hold out indefinitely and in that case we may eventually see some return. I happen to believe that in the long period of time it takes for this charade to play out I can achieve much greater return on my investment elsewhere. Some may wish to 'stay and fight' for principle's sake, I understand that sentiment but I know getting into any penny is a risky prospect so when it doesn't workout I have no regrets calling it quits.
