I never said the Rig was not in place and I am giving management the benefit of the doubt that there was no Missappropriation of Funds after the Smart Win Audit.

I am asking for the outcome of the Audit, why it was called and if Bendalls shares are/were held Ad-Hock by Smart Win via a no-nonsense PR.

If so, it changes Everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you said, the Rig was in place and ready to drill. Then why not drill for a measly US$700k.

I have been told that back in DEC 08 while the Hunt Rig was at Bellevue ready to drill, that Hunt were still owed millions back then. Seems that Smart Win was probably wondering where the AU$3.9mill was squandered. Hence the Audit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
