Had no idea on the this news after close, I am pleased they have retained counsel. It goes to credibility that they are making the proper moves concerning filings and reports.

I discovered that management has some very qualified (non-legal) advisor's so I expect nothing but professional actions and great results from this group and stock.

My focus was primarily on the Royal Dutch Shell connection and arrangements, and verification of operations and viable/ongoing business.

Everything checked out perfect.

Accumulation is a must imo, I got a decent starter today and then went to get some rest. Will be adding during Thursday trading and beyond.
