No success rate. Evidently, PSC failed to do their dd on the company's ceo also. Imo the drop in the pps. yesterday and today is showing that the prs. do not have any credability. Can anyone come up with a better reason. If so, I would like to hear it. Perhaps, I am way off base.

Dick P, when did you say that the pps. would be $1.50? I think that you are a day late and a dollar short.
