no its not.. just the paid pumpers or folks that hit the box because they file a pr that the dow or scottrader picks up...

most the time they issue a "strong buy" that is usually when they want to dump out and take profit...

or a strong sell... when they want to buy cheap cause they feel that down the road the stock is going up....

I rather just focus on my trade and sec filings... the noise i usually put out with the trash. the reason is it could effect to much my original trade... if because of some noise i hesitate to sell or buy too much.. i could wind up holding expensive bags... or sell too soon and give some one my bags too cheap.

anyway that is why we all are individuals..
